Two Trees Farm - New York

Bridgehampton, NY // H/J and Polo // Available for Sale

If you've got almost $18 million burning a hole in your pocket, consider Two Trees Farm in Bridgehampton, NY.

The 65-acre farm was originally listed for $25 million but has since dropped to its current price of $17.5 million. The property would be great for a large scale training operation or maybe even as a show facility. There are over 100 stalls between the property's 3 barns, outdoor and indoor arena, plus a polo field. The Mercedes Benz Polo Challenge has been hosted here several times.

Another cool tidbit from the farm's history, it was where famed showjumper, Snowman, trained back in the day. In case you don't know who Snowman is, he was a former plow horse who was purchased for a whopping $80 and then trained into a top tier showjumper. In 1958, Snowman was named the United States Equestrian Federation Horse of the Year (formerly called AHSA Horse of the Year)and was inducted into the Show Jumping Hall of Fame in 1992.

But back to the farm.

In addition to ample amenities for horses, Two Trees Farm also comes with a 4-bedroom home that was built in 1783. There is also a pool, tennis court, and staff housing.
