Double H Farm - Ridgefield, CT

Ridgefield, CT // Hunter/Jumper // For sale @ $19 million

Double H Farm is currently up for sale for the equestrian with Olympic dreams in need of an Olympic-standard training facility. The farm was owned by the late and former Canadian Pacific Railway CEO, Hunter Harrison. It also serves as the Connecticut base of top showjumper, Quentin Judge.

The farm has been in operation since 1765. It’s close proximity to Saugerties and Old Salem Farm makes it ideal for showing. Its Olympic-caliber amenities include two climate-controlled barns with more than 40 stalls, grooming and wash stalls, tack and feed rooms, plus staff apartments.

Outside, there’s a 3-acre Grand Prix field in addition to 12 paddocks and ample room across the farm's 87 acres for hacking.

The farm was originally listed for $55 million back in 2014 but has since come down to $19 million.
