Campbell Stables - New York

Bridgehampton, NY // Hunter/Jumper // Designed by DHMurray Architects

Campbell Stables is nothing short of literal jaw-dropping.

Designed by DHMuarray Architects in 2015, the 18-acres farms exudes style inside and out. The facilities were commissioned by Bob Campbell, the (now deceased) CEO of BBC International; a shoe company behind brands such as K-Swiss, Polo by Ralph Lauren and Heelys.

Nestled on a lush 18-acre property, Campbell Stables features barns with 27 14' x 14' stalls, two tack rooms, a 24,000-sq-ft indoor arena with vaulted ceilings, and a rider's lounge upstairs. Stepping outside, brick pathways, surrounded by lush landscaping, take you between the barns and courtyard.

The farm also boasts four outdoor arena- three sand and one grass. Additionally, there are both indoor and outdoor wash stalls and staff housing.

Unsurprisingly, the farm was the recipient of the ATAS International Project of the Year. It was listed for last a little over a year ago for $40 million by Douglas Elliman.
